Ticket Info
Tickets for all Bill Graham Civic Auditorium shows are available through:
www.billgrahamcivic.com
www.ticketmaster.com
We do not have regular box office hours at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium but we are open for sales 1-2 hours prior to doors on all show nights. Please note that presale tickets are only available online.
Be wary of buying tickets from any third party website. Another Planet Entertainment has no way of validating or replacing tickets that have been purchased anywhere other than from our official ticketing partner, Ticketmaster.
Contactless Payment
The Bill Graham Civic Auditorium is a cashless venue. Credit cards, debit cards, and digital methods of payment are accepted at all points of sale. The Bill Graham Civic Auditorium will provide a cash to debit card exchange for those who prefer to use cash. Cash to debit card exchange will be available at food concession stands and debit cards may be used everywhere in the venue.
ADA Seating
Accessible Seating is available for all shows at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. The auditorium has wheelchair accessible seating on all levels that can accommodate various height needs so that wheelchair users can see the stage. To purchase ADA tickets, click on the “Request Accessible Tickets” icon on the Ticketmaster event page and enter the type and number of accessible tickets needed. You may also purchase tickets by phone at 1-800-745-3000.
If you have tickets for a show but were unable to get accessible seating, we will be able to accommodate you on the night of the show and you do not need to make reservations in advance. We recommend that you arrive close to door time (as space is first come, first served) and ask for our ADA liaison or an usher at the entrance who will be able to escort you to an accessible section in the venue.
If you have a specific concern or accessibility request for an upcoming event, please contact us in advance so we can best accommodate your needs at [email protected].
COVID-19 Policy
We encourage you to get vaccinated if you have not already! If you still need to get your vaccine, visit vaccines.gov for more information and to book your appointment.
Masks are recommended for all events. It is recommended that whenever possible, everyone wear a non-vented respirator, such as an N95, KN95, or KF94 respirator, or a well-fitting surgical mask with a cloth mask over it.

We encourage fans attending our events to plan ahead and arrive early, as heavy traffic is often experienced in the area. Please carpool whenever possible, and we highly encourage the use of public transportation as both BART and MUNI have services within walking distance to the venue.
