Ticket Info

Tickets for all Bill Graham Civic Auditorium shows are available through:

We do not have regular box office hours at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium but we are open for sales 2 hours before show time on all show nights. Please note that presale tickets are only available online.

Be wary of buying tickets from any third party website. Another Planet Entertainment has no way of validating or replacing tickets that have been purchased anywhere other than from our official ticketing partner, Ticketmaster.

ADA Seating

Accessible Seating is available for all shows at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. The auditorium has wheelchair accessible seating on all levels that can accommodate various height needs so that wheelchair users can see the stage. To purchase ADA tickets, click on the “Request Accessible Tickets” icon on the Ticketmaster event page and enter the type and number of accessible tickets needed. You may also purchase tickets by phone at 1-800-745-3000.

If you have tickets for a show but were unable to get accessible seating, we will be able to accommodate you on the night of the show and you do not need to make reservations in advance. We recommend that you arrive close to door time (as space is first come, first served) and ask for our ADA liaison or an usher at the entrance who will be able to escort you to an accessible section in the venue.

If you have a specific concern or accessibility request for an upcoming event, please contact us in advance so we can best accommodate your needs at

Per the mandate issued by the City and County of San Francisco, all patrons will need to show proof of vaccination (must be 2 weeks past final dose) and wear a mask for all events at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium occurring on or after September 15 for entry to the venue.
