OUTSIDE LANDS IS HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

SITE SET-UP AND TEAR-DOWN CREW:
Rhino Staging is looking for stagehands to join their crew. Knowledge of building tents/tables/barricades, running cable, and laying deck is preferred. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work extended hours.

SECURITY & EVENT STAFF:
AXIS is hiring to fill positions on the security team and event staff for all areas of the festival. Only applicants with a valid California Guard Card will be considered.

DÉCOR SET-UP:
Team workers who fill various décor, design, and logistics roles before, during, and after the festival. Friendly, energetic, and creative people with an eye for detail are a great fit. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work for extended hours.

PREMIUM EXPERIENCES STAFF:
Forward-facing hospitality position that requires clear and pleasant communication with VIP patrons. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred. This position requires standing outdoors for long periods of time.

BEST BEVERAGE CATERING BARTENDERS:
BBC is looking for qualified concession attendants to serve beer and wine. Must be able to handle multiple orders and take direction during a high volume sales event. Must be over 21 and able to lift 20 pounds. This event requires a RBS certification.

BEST BEVERAGE CATERING ID CHECKERS:
BBC is looking for RBS certified ID checkers with an excellent customer service attitude to check IDs and confirm patrons are the proper drinking age to purchase alcohol. Must be able to stand for long periods. Must be 21 or older to apply.

BOX OFFICE STAFF:
Looking for staff who have previous box office or retail experience. This role will include customer service, looking up orders and issuing wristbands, as well as troubleshooting. Requires attention to detail, friendliness, accuracy and a positive attitude. Must be able to work long hours. Festival ticketing and database experience preferred, but not necessary.

PRODUCTION RUNNERS:
Outside Lands is looking to fill several positions for runners to work the weeks before, during, and after the festival. Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must have the ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions. Experience driving a truck or large van is a plus.
